Tiring draw

Chivas USA dropped out of first place on Sunday after a 1-1 draw at Colorado. It's not too significant but for the time being Houston is the only Western Conference team in the playoffs.

Chivas will get in on Saturday if they beat or tie Kansas City at home.

As far as Sunday goes, the club was missing Ante Razov and Claudio Suarez while Maykel Galindo only appeared as a late substitute.

The game was Chivas' fourth since Sept. 6. Over that span, Chivas played home games against DC, New York and the Galaxy as well as the game in Colorado and came away with eight points. While the draws could each have gone a bit better for Chivas (they were fighting for a third against United and held a late lead in Colorado) points are points and those results were ultimately just. Overall, Chivas has not lost in seven games.

Woulda. Coulda. Shoulda.

This team should have wwalked all over Colorado.

I think Preki was the only one upset after the game.

I think Preki is going to walk all over this team this week, too.
