Trio of games

Mexico announced three friendlies to be played in -where else? - the United States.

El Tri will play China in Seattle on April 16, Argentina in San Diego on June 4 and Peru in Chicago on June 8. I don't think much of the last game, Mexico-Peru in Chicago, and didn't think much of it when I posted about the possibility of it a couple of weeks ago.

Mexico will play Ghana in London on March 26 so El Tri will have at least these four games ahead of World Cup qualifying which starts in June against either St. Kitts or Belize.

Portlanders will attend!

Although difficult, they will set aside their differences with the Seattle soccer community, and the resentment will subside from being slighted for expansion in MLS.

In all seriousness, I am shocked the NW gets a first class game over say Tampa Bay and their 28 fans that showed up for Olympic qualifying....Lol.
