Toward the end of the first half of Wednesday's Brazil-Mexico match, I text messaged Jaime Cardenas.

"This game needs a goal."

He answered back right away.

"It needs two."

Not one minute later, my request was fulfilled as Juan Carlos Cacho slipped a shot into an open net. My phone buzzed.

"You called it."

As I read that, Kleber put one past Memo Ochoa.

"No, you called it!" I responded.

I can honestly assess this as a terrific international friendly. This game had everything and was intense, you can tell both teams were giving it everything they had.

Brazil played awesome. Mexico played awesome. Memo Ochoa is one of the best keepers in the world, how he is not in Europe playing for a big club is beyond me. He is amazing.
