Sittin' Sacha

For two weeks now, Chivas USA's midfield has been in transition. Against the Galaxy, Alex Zotinca started at right mid while Jason Hernandez got the nod at right back. The results weren't very good as the first two Galaxy goals were scored on Chivas' right side.

Against D.C. United, Paulo Nagamura stepped off the plane and onto the pitch as Chivas USA had just acquired him a few days earlier.

Both games went the wrong way for Chivas USA; 3-1 to the Galaxy and 2-1 to D.C.

Sacha Kljestan will finally return from a two-match ban against Columbus. I had the chance to talk to him about the suspension and he sounded pretty bummed out. Anyway, here's a story for MLSnet.com about Sacha's suspension.

He should be bummed out. His presence was missing in both those loses. I think he's smart enough to realize that. He needs to score. Soon.

Great story! Nice to hear a player take responsibility like that. I also like his serious attitude toward soccer. Sacha should be a US National team regular very soon.
