Towards the very end of the training scrimmage, Becks got the ball to start a bit of a breakaway. He wound up hard for a low shot that went just wide of the goal. What was sad to see was that right after the shot, he took a little hop of pain, limped a few steps, and then slumped down when the whistle sounded to end practice.
It's hard to tell from the last pic, perhaps, but he was still limping slightly.

Ugggghhh....
Isn't there something they can do to make him feel better?
This thing is really hanging around.
Rooney had a fracture and is out 8 weeks - is Becks' injury really a fracture?
If it was, would anyone really tell us?
I feel bad for Becks - maybe he needs 6 weeks in London in bed and we can bring him back later.
Sure, there's a few things they can give him to make him feel better ... some maybe not even too illegal. Rooney's a bit younger. (And just by looking at him I can tell nothing hurts him, he's like a minature version of The Thing, "It's clobberin' time!")
He just needs time, it heals all wounds (probably assorted aches and pains too).
