More than likely, El Salvador is out. I think either Mexico or Honduras would have to lose by a tone for El Salvador to go through. Thus, Guadeloupe probably will meet the Group C winner, be it Mexico, Honduras or Panama. The U.S. thus would get the third place of Group C which at this point could be anybody.

So the only matchup that is for certain is Canada-Guatemala. Should be a hard duel for both sides and it could make for an interesting game.
