I asked Drew Carey if he was going to follow the U.S. team during the Gold Cup - because he has the ultimate fan resource - enough money to travel to away games, so I thought he might be be catching all the matches.He hesitated, then admitted that he'd see as much as he could, but that he was going to be following his beloved Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals. He was so excited for them.
Of course, unless the Cavs make a stand on Thursday, Drew will have more free time. Also, the women's national team is coming to town to play a match versus the World Cup hosts on Saturday. It's going to be hard for them to make a dent in the Cav-mania if LeBron and Co. are still in the mix for a title.
