In 2005, in the first Galaxy/Chivas classico, there was a pretty freaky moment in the game when the Skycam, the camera on a wire that gets a unique perspective on the game, came crashing down on the field. Luckily, it fell on the sideline, and no players were hurt.
Apparently, the non-stop action of the game was jerking the camera around too much - or something. Hopefully, they figured it out and fixed it, because it would not be a good thing to have it fall down on this game.
