America in the finals

America beat Millonarios of Colombia by 2-0 on Tuesday and reached the final of the 2007 Copa Sudamericana.

America can join Pachuca as the only Mexican clubs to win a South American club tournament.

3 consecutive years in the final match for Mexican teams... UNAM in 05 lost to Boca, CF Pachuca last year won against Colo Colo, and this year it's Club America.

After last year Toluca and Pachuca almost reached the finals together, CONMEBOL had to rewrite the rules of the tourny to keep any country from sending two teams into the final.

I wonder what rule changes will come this year if Club America wins it.

The change from last year was being felt this year. The two Argentine semi-finalist faced each other to avoid an all Argentine final. Arsenal beat River Plate so I'm predicting an America win in the final.
