Truly Thai

Sideline Views' swing through Southeast Asia continues as Thailand has become the latest nation to view our beloved blog.

Don't know much about Thailand, really. When I covered the U-17 tournament in Trinidad in 2001, I had a colleague who has from England and lived in Spain. On a whim, he decided to go to Thailand. He literally strolled over the border and landed a job teaching English there. He said he spent six months there and moved back to Spain or something. I think his name was Richard Allen. If you're out there, cheers.
