Brad Guzan will probably start his third consecutive season opener against Toronto FC on April 7. I can't imagine it going any better than last year, when Chivas USA opened with a 3-0 rout of Real Salt Lake.But last year followed the same pattern as the year before. Guzan struggled, the team struggled and he was benched in May.
He's looking forward to this year and to the goalkeeper battle he's having (and winning) with Preston Burpo.
