Becks and his new life in MLS
So there's a Disney campaign starring the Galaxy's newest player, David Beckham, who actually is a pretty decent ringer for Prince Phillip in Sleeping Beauty. What I'm not sure about is if this means that MLS is Sleeping Beauty, or if that represents all the U.S fans that Beckham is supposed to wake up to about soccer.

Just curious - the chartered plane, is that for Beckham alone or does the whole team get to fly in it with him? I would think it's the latter, but you never know.
You know, I haven't gotten that clarified yet, but you're right, it makes more sense for the team to travel together.
I mean, they didn't state explicitly that the plane would be for everyone, but the Galaxy staffers I was talking to said something about looking into a set-up like the Lakers have.
I, of course, tried to convince them they should adobt a policy like Air Force One has, where reporters get to travel along on a complimentary basis. They didn't appear convinced.
