Another viewpoint

Kenny Cooper on his Manchester United days:

"When I was there, there were four of us who were from America. I think it was four. I think Guiseppe (Rossi) was born in New Jersey. I'm not sure if he was from Italy or New Jersey."

Well, Cooper is understandably unsure. Rossi was born in New Jersey, lived there until a teenager, but has elected to play for Italy, his father's birthplace. Here's an article I wrote back when the U.S. tried inviting him to a camp.
