Schaub has become a nice passer (there are a lot of teams that wouldn't mind having someone like him at QB), the undrafted running back looked great leading the NFL in rushing behind Kubiak's zone running scheme, and Andre Johnson is widely considered one of the very elite wide receivers.<br /><br />I think Kubiak could get another head coaching job in the best league in the world, NFL.
